SABIC SK Nexlene Company Pte. Ltd. (SSNC) is a 50-50 joint venture between SABIC
(Saudi Basic Industries Corporation) and SKGC (SK geo centric Co., Ltd.) formed to host the Nexlene™ cutting-edge solution technology.
In our subsidiary, KNC, high-performance polyolefins are manufactured through technology innovation, manufacturing excellence, and product differentiation with maintaining optimum value for our shareholders.

Execution of JVA and start-up of Nexlene Plant in Ulsan,
South Korea. -
2019
Completion of Phase-1 technology upgrade investment of
Nexlene Plant. -
2022
Phase-2 investment announcement to expand Ulsan’s Nexlene
plant capacity from 200 to 300 KTA, to be completed in 2024.
Signed an MOU with the Ulsan Metropolitan City for Phase-2
expansion.
